Internet Sex-Video Scandal: Porn company to release Paris Hi

1 Night in Paris

Stop us if you've seen this one before. Sexy starlet falls madly in love with Hollywood hunk. Sexy starlet and Hollywood hunk fall madly out of love three months later. Soon thereafter a video of the pair making the beast with two backs appears on the Net, though both parties deny all knowledge of it. (What, weren't they there?) It may be a jilted lover's revenge or just a cheap publicity stunt, but it's a little more exposure than any of us really needed.

The notorious home video circulated on the Internet showing reality TV star Paris Hilton having sex with her former boyfriend is coming to an adult film store near you.

Memo to Pamela and Tommy Lee, Paris and Rick, Colin Farrell and Nicole, and all other would-be video exhibitionists: When you see somebody pointing a camera at you--and you're not on a movie set--put your clothes back on. It's generally not a good career move (though it's still a step up from House of Wax).

Red Light District Video, a suburban Los Angeles porn production company, said on Thursday it has acquired rights from Hilton's ex-beau, Rick Salomon, to distribute the full 45-minute video in June under the title "One Night In Paris."

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

1 Night in Paris (2004) is a sex video depicting Paris Hilton and her then-boyfriend Rick Salomon engaged in sexual relations. Although Salomon was initially blamed for leaking it onto the Internet, those allegations have never been substantiated. The video was released shortly before Hilton's TV series The Simple Life debuted, causing a sensation. Salomon originally sued Hilton for defamation when Hilton claimed publicly that she was "out of it" and didn't know what she was doing during the filming of the video. In July 2005 the lawsuit was settled out of court. Rumors of Hilton receiving a share of the profits from the sale of the video persist, even though Hilton apparently told GQ "I never received a dime from it. It's just dirty money and he should give it all to some charity for the sexually abused or something."

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. A spokeswoman for the company said the homemade tape, parts of which surfaced last year on Internet porn sites, will be released commercially in adult video stores on June 15.

1 Night in ParisShe said the retail price has not been set. In February, Salomon posted a 38-minute version of the night-vision video on his own Web site, where it sold for $50 per copy.

The original video, and copies of the DVD, are still circulating on the Internet and can be lawfully viewed at www.hotelheiress.com or www.trustfundgirls.com. The video received the AVN Awards in 2005 for "Best Selling Title of the Year," "Best Renting Title of the Year" and "Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Individual Project."

The 23-year-old socialite, whose grandfather founded the Hilton hotel chain, has sued a Panama-based Internet firm for $30 million, claiming the company violated her privacy and engaged in illegal business practices by distributing the video.

1 Night in ParisBest known for starring on the Fox television reality hit "The Simple Life," Hilton claimed in the lawsuit that the videotape was "intended only for personal use" and that she never consented for it to be distributed to the public.

The DVD titled 1 Night in Paris is distributed by Red Light District, a production company that produces and distributes pornographic videos.

There was no immediate comment from Hilton's representatives in Los Angeles or New York about Red Light District's plans. And Salomon's lawyer, Martin Singer, could not immediately be reached for comment.

1 Night in Paris is unique in the field of celebrity porn because the company that produced it has a good working relationship with one of the stars, Rick Salomon, who even does intros to each sex scene in the video. It is also one of the most explicit celebrity sex videos, showing clear vaginal penetration and fellatio — as well as Hilton interrupting sex to answer her mobile phone, which led to a number of parodies.

Red Light District said its video will include never-before-seen scenes from the tape Salomon and Hilton made in May 2001, including footage of the hotel heiress "partying in a nightclub."

1 Night in ParisThis video offcourse is a curiosity item offcourse. To compare it to scripted movies is not the thing one should do. This is a nothing more than an amateur home video, so don't expect better quality then the average "american's funniest home video"
That aside, this is a fun tape to watch. Instead of fake orgasms and bad acting we get to see two people having fun with each other in a very natural way. That one of the two is the world famous barely legal and wealthy Paris Hilton is what makes this tape special and different from the average home video tape shot by a couple.

Paris Hilton caught for drunk driving

Paris Hilton has been sentenced to three years probation for drunk driving. Last year Paris was caught drunk behind the wheel. She claims just to have drunk one cocktail. However, as she told the judges herself, she drank the cocktail without eating properly first, which might explain her state of drunkenness. Paris has to pay a $390 fee, and has to attend a course specifically developed for drunk-drivers. If she fulfils 40 hours of social service, her punishment will be reduced to one year probation.

Well, we get to see Paris from all angles, and she sure knows how to give a guy oral pleasure. It does help that on the tape she looks more attractive than in her outings in other media, I guess that's mainly because here's she's really herself instead of someone knowing that an audience is watching. The girl has got talent, maybe she should consider making these movies as a profession.

Paris HiltonPlot
Warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

The film begins with Hilton topless in a bathroom with the camera on her breasts. She shows her face briefly before stepping out to the room (it appears to be a hotel suite).

Socialite Paris Hilton is shown in a scene from her notorious home video circulated on the Internet, which showed the couple engaging in sexual relations. Red Light District Video announced April 22, 2004 that it has acquired the rights from Hilton's ex-boyfriend, Rick Salomon, to distribute the full 45-minute video as a home video product under the title "One Night In Paris." The tape will be released commercially in adult video stores June 15.

Hilton is now behind the camera with the night vision on. Salomon has a robe on and has an erection. Then Saloman takes the camera from Hilton and the two have sex. Saloman shoots the scene from a point-of-view perspective as the camera zooms in on the vaginal penetration. (It is also discovered at this point that Hilton's pubic hair is shaved.)

Paris HiltonThe scene then shows Hilton answering her phone. Saloman tells her to hang up and the two continue having sex.

Paris Hilton Hates her Droopy Eyelid

Paris Hilton visited her cosmetic surgeon to fix her drooping left eyelid. Six years ago, Paris Hilton had surgery to lift her eyelids, but the left eye muscles were damaged as a result. Paris Hilton, who is filming ‘The Hottie and the Nottie’, has made things worse by wearing blue- tinted contact lenses over her naturally brown irises. “They have been drying out lately” she says. She is ignoring doctors’ orders to not wear her tinted contacts as this may damage her eyes.”

Hilton now has Saloman on a chair in front of the TV and begins performing fellatio.

Next is a similar scene from the beginning where Hilton is videotaping herself once more topless in front of a mirror.

Club Paris in Florida fires Paris Hilton

Fred Khalilian, owner of nightclub Paris (www.clubparis.net) in Orlando, Florida, said he does not want his club to be associated with Paris Hilton any longer. The club originally owned its name to the Hilton heiress, but since Paris hardly ever showed up at the club, Khalilian is now in search of a new muse. In addition to Paris’ lack of interest in the club, Khalilian has condemned her cheap behaviour and repeatedly unflattering coverage in the media. The nightclub owner says that at least for now, he would like the club to be associated with the romantic European city Paris, rather than with the sluttish Paris Hilton.

The movie shifts briefly with the two on a plane and then a swimming pool at an exclusive resort.

Hilton then goes to the hotel's bedroom and sits on chair where Salomon removes her panties. She takes a sip of champagne. Saloman jokingly tells her she is underage and should not drink.

The two move to the bed where the camera is set across from it to show Saloman penetrate Hilton vaginally from behind and with her leg on his shoulder.

In the next scene, Hilton has Saloman on a chair and is now completely naked while performing fellatio on him once more. This session goes on for almost seven minutes straight. After a while, Saloman ejaculates on her breasts to end the film.

Samsung Ultra Edition 5.9 and 10.9 to oust D900 and X820 as The World Slimmest Phone.

Samsung Ultra Edition 10.9
In the cellphone game, just how thin is too thin? If you're Samsung, the answer apparently lies somewhere south of the 5.9 millimeters put up by its latest fashion accessory, the appropriately named "Ultra Edition 5.9.". For those of you who can't do the math, that's 0.23 inches thick! And instead of trading functionality for thinness like the RAZR, this thing's not actually a piece of shit.

Witnessing the dethroning of one crown thanks to a determined competitor is anything but surprising, but it seems that Samsung is ousting one of its own in order to make room for a newer champion, as the Ultra Edition 10.9 takes over where the D900 left off as the "world's thinnest slider."

We already thought the Samsung 900 was slim and sexy, and now Samsung has shaved 2mm off its thickness to make the most improbably thin slider we’ve seen yet, the Ultra Edition 10.9. Just look at that phone! How thin can you get? Any thinner, and you really could use this as a razor.

For the record, that's a solid millimeter less than the previous world's thinnest, Samsung's own X820 - the phone allegedly shown snapping helplessly in two on video under fairly minimal pressure. Of course, the authenticity of said video has been repeatedly called into question, but either way, we're hoping this new one has been fabbed with some pretty crazy space-age resins and polymers that'll keep it from multiplying in our pockets.

The Samsung Ultra Edition 5.9, as its name implies, is as skinny as it gets at a mere 5.9 millimeters of thickness. That's shaving a full millimeter off of its predecessor, the Ultra Edition 6.9.

That 5.9 and 10.9 number is how many millimeters thick this Cellphone.

Specs include a tri-band GSM radio (though recent announcements have us encouraged that an American version could be down the pike), a 3.2 megapixel cam, Bluetooth, MP3/video player, 80MB of onboard storage and a microSD card slot.

The new Samsung should be introduced during 3GSM Congress in Barcelona.

Sniper-finding robot RedOwl which will is controlled by a Xb

REDOWL SNIPER DETECTION ROBOT UNVEILED FOR ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE NAVY FOR RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND ACQUISITION AT IROBOT HEADQUARTERS

RedOwl: The Sniper Detecting RobotFrom the press release:

BU Photonics Center Deputy Director Dr. Glenn Thoren demonstrated acoustic-driven platform to Dr. Delores Etter

The RedOwl is a robotic head that looks more like a PowerPoint projector than a sharpshooter's worst enemy. But don't let its Circuit City appearance fool you.

(Boston) - The new RedOwl “sniper detection and surveillance” robot was recently demonstrated to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition, Dr. Delores Etter, by Dr. Glenn Thoren, Deputy Director of the Photonics Center at Boston University.

Controlled by a laptop-wielding soldier, the RedOwl's superior senses can read a nametag from across a football field and identify the make and model of a rifle fired a mile away simply by analyzing the sound of the distant blast.

The RedOwl is a remote, deployable sensor suite designed to provide early warning information, gunshot detection, intelligence, surveillance and targeting capabilities to military forces and government agencies.

And soon it could be putting its powers to use in Iraq.

Dr. Etter was sworn in as the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition on November 7, 2005. As the Navy's Senior Acquisition Executive, Dr. Etter is responsible for research, development, and acquisition within the Department of the Navy. Dr. Etter was a member of the Electrical Engineering faculty at the United States Naval Academy. She was also the first recipient of the Office of Naval Research Distinguished Chair in Science and Technology.

RedOwl's developer, Glenn Thoren, now a director at Insight Technology in Londonderry, New Hampshire, says several prototypes have finished an intensive 10-week field test at Fort Benning in Georgia.

“Dr. Etter watched the RedOwl pirouette and look directly at a simulated gunshot,” said Thoren. “She was particularly interested in the unique acoustic direction finding system because it is very similar to her research background in biometric signal processing and iris recognition.” The system was developed by Boston University’s Dr. Socrates Deligeorges with Professors Allyn Hubbard and David Mountain at the Hearing Research Center at BU.

Given the defense department's budget approval early this year, he hopes the $150,000 sniper-finders will be in Iraq by this spring.

“The RedOwl Program embodies the mission of the Photonics Center to work collaboratively on the development of technology that makes a positive contribution to our society,” said Dr. Thomas Bifano, Interim Director of the Photonics Center. “Seeing laboratory research transitioned into a device that saves the lives of our soldiers is enormously gratifying.”

The robot's mechanical ears were originally designed to improve hearing aides. But Thoren, then with Boston University's Photonics Center, which heads the RedOwl project, thought up a new application after learning of a spike in sniper activity surrounding Iraqi hotspots like Abu Ghraib prison.

RedOwl is an ongoing rapid development program led by The Photonics Center at Boston University with iRobot, Insight Technology and BioMimetic Systems, a Boston University spinout company.

He combined the original listening system -- which processes sound received by four microphones to determine the direction and elevation of a noise -- with a suite of sensors, spotlights and a laser rangefinder.

The RedOwl equipped PackBot has been field-tested for the Army’s Rapid Equipping Force at a rifle and trapshooting range. The RedOwl robot also employs a suite of advanced optics including a thermal camera, 300X zoom daylight/infrared camera, infrared laser illuminators, a rangefinder, high intensity white driving light, and voice communication microphones and speakers, all in a package that weighs less than 5 pounds.

When the RedOwl hears gunfire, it swivels its head toward the source of the noise. A thermal imager can pick out the sniper while an infrared spotlight illuminates him for night-vision-equipped troops.

The Boston University Photonics Center is dedicated to academic scholarship, entrepreneurial technology development, and innovative educational enrichment in the field of photonics.

Attached to a PackBot, a miniature robot tank built by iRobot in Burlington, Massachusetts, and steered by a modified Xbox videogame controller, the RedOwl can also enter dangerous buildings in advance of soldiers.

The Photonics Center houses shared state-of-the-art facilities, including an optical fiber draw tower, an optical processing facility, a sophisticated optical metrology laboratory, and an integrated optoelectronics packaging laboratory.

"We're hoping to put the robot in situations where it would be less safe for a soldier," Thoren says.

These assets, combined with leading academic experts and a dedicated staff, make the Photonics Center an extraordinary resource for students, faculty, and affiliated companies. For more information, please visit http://www.thephotonicscenter.com.

Founded in 1839, Boston University is an internationally recognized institution of higher education and research. With more than 30,000 students, it is the fourth largest independent university in the United States. BU contains 17 colleges and schools along with a number of multi-disciplinary centers and institutes which are central to the school’s research and teaching mission.
